The process for handling customized products

How to make a custom t-shirt order!

Step 1: making a decision

1. Contact us with your requests to change text or images on a t-shirt via the contact form on the website.
2. We will send you a product template to fill out before the order can continue.

Step 2: realizing an idea

1. We change the graphic design and offer you a unique customized option while the product model remains the same.
2. We agree on the final design.
3. The prices of customized products are the same as those displayed on the website.

Step 3: ordering

1. The customer adds the product to the shopping cart.
2. The customer enters a note about product customizations.
3. The customer pays for the product at the checkout.
4. The manufacturer processes the order, and a shipping company distributes the product either directly to the customer's door or to a drop-off location.

Deliveries

We offer custom printed t-shirts and mugs and delivery to Swedish post offices usually takes 4 to 6 business days. The products are manufactured and distributed close to the customer. The total delivery time can be one to two days longer compared to companies that sell finished products from stock. You can track your order yourself and see when it has been processed and is ready for delivery.
